The Opportunity

I am currently seeking a high-energy, results-driven sales professional to join a leading national commercial interiors firm. As an Account Executive, you will be the face of the brand across the Gold Coast, transitioning between a stylish Southport showroom and active client sites.

This isn't just about selling products; it’s about partnering with B2B decision-makers, including interior designers, builders, and developers to create inspiring and functional workspace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Territory Growth: Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of commercial clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Consultative Approach: Lead face-to-face meetings and site visits to understand client requirements and deliver tailored proposals.
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Own the entire sales journey from the initial inbound enquiry through to the final project handover.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with in-house design and estimating teams to ensure high-quality execution and seamless customer experiences.
  • Market Strategy: Maintain an accurate pipeline and stay ahead of industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within commercial furniture, construction, property services, or building industries.
  • Performance Mindset: A KPI-driven individual who finds personal satisfaction in exceeding targets and maximizing financial gains.
  • Top-Tier Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to negotiate at a high level.
  • Self-Management: Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing a structured call cycle.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or relevant industry certification is preferred.
  • Eligibility: Must have valid Australian work authorization.
